LONDON (Alliance News) - Ludgate Environmental Fund Ltd Friday said its net asset value decreased to GBP35.5 million, or 66.5 pence a share, on June 30, as it swung to a net loss.
The clean environmental technology investment company recorded a net loss of GBP7.3 million in the year ended June 30, compared with a GBP2.6 million profit last year.
The fund said it made a total of GBP5.6 million in investments during the year, into five existing portfolio companies, compared with GBP8.4 million a year earlier.
The fund's shares were untraded Friday morning, quoted at 44.50 pence per share.
