LONDON (Alliance News) - LSL Property Services PLC said Wednesday the executive director of its estate agency division, Adrian Gill, has resigned, but will remain in the role and on the board until January 2017.
LSL Property said Gill was leaving the company to pursue another opportunity, adding Gill's service contract includes post termination restrictions which remain in place until October 2017.
LSL Property has commenced a succession planning process, it added.
Shares in LSL Property closed up 0.3% at 291.25 pence on Wednesday.
