LONDON (Alliance News) - LSL Property Services PLC on Thursday said it appointed Darrell Evans to the board as non-executive director, with immediate effect.
Evans is currently chief commercial officer of the Co-Operative Bank PLC.
He has "significant experience in financial services", the company said, noting Evans spent the first part of his career at the retail banking division of Royal Bank of Scotland PLC.
He also held senior executive roles at Direct Line Insurance Group PLC and Virgin Money PLC.
LSL Property Services shares were trading down 2.8% at 247.00 pence each.
