LONDON (Alliance News) - The London Stock Exchange Group PLC said on Friday it has appointed Cressida Hogg as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Hogg is currently non-executive chair at Land Securities Group PLC where he has been for eight months since July 2018, and has been part of the FTSE 100-listed real estate investment trust for five years since 2014.
"I am delighted to welcome Cressida Hogg to the board of LSEG. Cressida brings significant board experience including as chair of Landsec. She combines this with her strong corporate background in infrastructure and private equity. Her experience will be of great benefit as we continue to deliver on the group's strategic ambitions," said Chair Donald Brydon.
Shares in the London Stock Exchange Group were up 0.1% at 4,638.00 pence on Friday.
