LPA Moves Christopher Buckenham To Finance Chief Post

LONDON (Alliance News) - LED lighting and electro-mechanical system company LPA Group PLC announced on Wednesday the appointment of Christopher Buckenham as chief financial officer.

Buckenham joined LPA last October as finance executive as part of a plan to succeed outgoing Finance Director Stephen Brett, who is leaving after Wednesday's annual general meeting.

Buckenham was formerly finance director at machining firm CRP Group, leaving after its acquisition by Smurfit Kappa Group PLC, and became group finance director at turnkey engineer Penso.

Also leaving LPA after its AGM is Non-Executive Director Per Staehr.

Shares in LPA were down 2.0% on Wednesday at a price of 166.20 pence each.
