(Alliance News) - LPA Group PLC on Tuesday said Chief Financial Officer Chris Buckenham will leave the company on August 31.
Buckenham joined the LED lighting and electro-mechanical system company in October 2017 as an interim executive. He was promoted to executive director and CFO just six months later.
LPA said that Buckenham will "pursue alternative opportunities".
The board has commenced the search process to find a successor.
Chair Robert Horvath said: "On behalf of the board I would like to thank Chris for his hard work, commitment, loyalty and extensive contributions to the group, particularly during a difficult trading environment and especially through the impact of Covid."
Shares in LPA were up 2.7% to 76.00 pence each in London on Tuesday afternoon.
