LONDON (Alliance News) - LP Hill PLC and Bezant Resources PLC Monday have announced the death of Executive Chairman Gerard Nealon.
Nealon passed away on Friday. He was an executive chairman on both company boards.
LP Hill said that non-executive director, Bernard Olivier, who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Bezant Resources, will assume the role of non-executive chairman on an interim basis with immediate effect.
Bezant Resources said that non-executive director, Evan Kirby, will assume the role of non-executive chairman on an interim basis with immediate effect.
LP Hill shares were down 6.7% Monday afternoon, trading at 5.25 pence per share.
Bezant Resources shares were also down Monday afternoon, trading at 17.00 pence per share, 2.3% lower.
