LONDON (Alliance News) - Building materials company Low & Bonar PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Daniel Dayan as non-executive chairman
Dayan will be replacing Martin Flower, who is to retire after eight years as chair.
Dayan is currently a non-executive director and chairman of Chemring Group PLC's remuneration committee, and said he will step down from this position but remain on the board until his replacement is found. A search process has commenced, Chemring said.
Shares in Low & Bonar were up 1.6% at 47.37 pence on Wednesday, while Chemring shares were up 0.64% at 235.50p each.
