LONDON (Alliance News) - Loopup Group PLC said Monday it hired Barclays PLC executive Keith Taylor as non-executive director at the remote meetings technology firm with immediate effect.
Taylor - currently managing director of the Corporate & Investment Banking unit at FTSE 100-listed Barclays - will also become a member of the audit, remuneration and nominations committees at Loopup.
Loopup Chair Barbara Judge explained Taylor "brings extensive financial and strategic planning experience, which I know will provide significant value to us as we continue to scale into new geographies and drive future growth."
Taylor added: "I am delighted to be joining LoopUp at this exciting time for the business. LoopUp has a unique product and business model, which delivers incredibly efficient returns. I look forward to working with the Board and leadership team as the company enters the next stage of its development following the successful integration of MeetingZone."
Shares in Loopup were 2.1% lower at 301.00 pence on Monday.
