LONDON (Alliance News) - LoopUp Group PLC on Friday said Independent Non-Executive Director Barmak Meftah will resign from his role on the board with immediate effect.
Meftah leaves the board of the remote meeting company after four years of service, to focus on other commitments.
The board is currently engaged in the process to find a successor and expects to make a further announcement "in the near future".
LoopUp shares were trading down 0.3% at 353.90 pence each on Friday.
