(Alliance News) - Lookers PLC on Friday said it has appointed former Marshall Motor Holdings PLC Chief Financial Officer Mark Raban as its new CFO.
Chief Financial Officer Robin Gregson is stepping down and has left the board with immediate effect. However, Gregson will stay on as CFO until July 15 and stick with Lookers until the end of September "to ensure an effective transition".
Raban joins Lookers July 15, having most recently served for four years as CFO of Marshal Motor. His other experience includes being finance director of Inchcape Retail Ltd and a number of senior finance roles at Selfridges Retail Ltd, Borders Group, Safeway, and Burton.
Shares in UK motor retail and aftersales service company Lookers were up 1.2% in London at 47.55 pence on Friday afternoon.
