(Alliance News) - Lookers PLC said Monday it has appointed Heather Jackson as a non-executive director of the company effective immediately.
The company said Jackson is currently a non-executive director at JD Sports Fashion PLC, Skipton Building Society and Ikano Bank AB.
Jackson was formerly global chief information officer at HBOS PLC and previously held senior positions at Capital One, Boots, Asda and Accenture Consulting working on change management, digital, IT and operations.
Phil White, chair of the company, said: "Her regulatory expertise, as well as experience on digital technology and change and her current NED roles will be of great value to us."
Lookers shares closed down 1.2% in London at 48.65 pence each on Monday.
