LondonMetric Ups Future Dividend As It Pays Out For Third Quarter

LONDON (Alliance News) - Property investor and developer LondonMetric Property PLC on Thursday declared a third quarterly dividend, while it also announced a higher fourth quarter payout.

LondonMetric is paying 1.85 pence per share for the three months to December, having paid an interim dividend of 3.70p for the six months to September.

The company also said it will increase its fourth quarterly dividend by "at least" 5%, in line with its dividend policy. For financial 2017, LondonMetric paid a full-year dividend of 7.50p. Paying the same for financial 2018 would required a final dividend of 1.95p.

Shares were up 1.0% on Thursday at 178.80.
