LondonMetric Appoints Suzanne Avery As Non-Executive Director

LONDON (Alliance News) - LondonMetric Property PLC said on Monday it has hired Suzanne Avery as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.

The British property company said Avery, who has over 25 years of corporate banking experience, will also join as a member of the audit committee. Prior to that, Avery held various managing director roles at RBS.

Avery is currently a senior advisor to Centrus Advisors and a non-executive director of Richmond Housing Partnership Ltd. She is also a trustee of LandAid and a co-founder of Real Estate Balance.

LondonMetric Chairman Patrick Vaughan said: "I should like to welcome Suzanne as a non-executive director and look forward to working with her. She brings extensive real estate and finance experience to LondonMetric."

Shares in LondonMetric were trading 0.4% lower at 172.30 pence per share on Monday.
