London Security, Andrews Sykes Non-Exec Director Michael Gailer Dies

LONDON (Alliance News) - Andrews Sykes Group PLC and London Security PLC on Wednesday noted the death of Michael Gailer, a non-executive director of both companies, after "a short illness".

Gailer, who died on Monday, joined specialist equipment hire firm Andrews Sykes's board in 1994. He served on fire protection company London Security's board for 19 years, joining in 1998.

Andrews Sykes shares were untraded on Wednesday at 520.00 pence each, while London Security shares were untraded at 2,000.00p.
