LONDON (Alliance News) - London Capital Group Holdings PLC said Wednesday that it had settled legal proceedings in relation to a claim against its subsidiary London Capital Group Ltd regarding the termination of a fee sharing agreement with Life Settlement Consulting Ltd.
All claims and allegations from Life Settlement Consulting have been withdrawn. London Capital Group will pay GBP350,000 in legal expenses to Life Settlement Consulting.
Shares in the financial services company closed up 1.2% at 33.89 pence Wednesday.
