LONDON (Alliance News) - Lok'nStore Group PLC on Monday said trading in the first half of its financial year continued with the positive momentum of the first, with revenue higher.
The self-storage provider said revenue for the six months to the end of January rose 3.9% year-on-year in its core self-storage arm and by 8.8% in its serviced document storage arm.
The group said its self-storage unit occupancy level was higher at the end of January year-on-year, with the price-per-square-foot let broadly flat.
Lok'nStore said its store-opening programme also remains on track, and it has started work on developing the four sites it bought in its prior financial year.
The group will publish interim results on April 24.
