LONDON (Alliance News) - Local Shopping REIT PLC said Wednesday that it has agreed sales on four properties for GBP785,000, representing a 0.6% discount to valuation.
The company also said that it is progressing a number of private treaty sales and has agreed terms on 29 properties having a total book value of GBP11.3 million, including one significant portfolio sale. A further 16 properties are scheduled for auction during March, it added.
Proceeds from the sales will be used by the company to reduce debt, which currently stands at GBP10.2 million.
Shares in the company closed at 32.40 pence, up 3.9%.
