(Alliance News) - LMS Capital PLC on Friday said it has begun a review of its investment management arrangements.
The investment management company is approaching its third year with Gresham House Asset Management Ltd and a review has now begun, with written proposals already received from parties including Gresham House.
"The board has taken this action to ensure that the ongoing interests of all shareholders are actively considered. A number of written proposals have been received and a select number of parties, including the incumbent manager, will be interviewed shortly. The board will report to shareholders, in due course, the outcome of the process," said LMS.
LMS is intending to publish its interim results by the end of next week, which will include a portfolio update.
Shares in LMS were up 0.6% at 49.89 pence on Friday afternoon.
