LONDON (Alliance News) - Livingbridge VC LLP now has 1.0 million shares in technology and software investment company KRM22 PLC, the company said on Thursday.
After a transaction concluded on Wednesday, the private equity firm now has an 8.1% stake having previously held an undisclosed amount of KRM22 shares.
KRM22 is a new company on the London Stock Exchange, with shares commencing trading on Monday.
Stock in KRM22 was flat on Thursday at 156.00 pence each, having issued its share in its initial public offering at 100.00p.
