LONDON (Alliance News) - Livermore Investments Group Ltd on Tuesday said it has entered into an agreement with SBB, the Swiss Federal Railways, to extend the lease on its Wyler Park property in Bern, Switzerland until June 30, 2029.
As part of the agreement, the owner will invest up to a maximum of CHF4 million, and SBB will invest up to CHF9 million, to upgrade the property and allow for additional workspaces.
Wyler Park has over 16,800 square metres of commercial area, 4,100 square metres of residential area, and another 7,100 square metres available for additional commercial development. The commercial area is leased entirely to SBB and serves as the headquarters of its Passenger Traffic division. The residential area consists of 39 apartments.
Shares in Livermore were untraded on Tuesday, last trading at 33.25 pence.
