LONDON (Alliance News) - Live Company Group PLC said Friday that its unit Bricklive Touring Ltd entered into a lease agreement in South Korea worth USD1.3 million.
Bricklive Touring will lease the group's Mythical Beasts touring assets to AWC Asia until December 2021. The licensing fee of USD1.3 million is payable in cash and up front.
The Mythical Beasts Asian tour, which will be staged and promoted by AWC Asia, will launch in South Korea at the end of January 2019.
Live Company shares were trading down 3.0% at 65.00 pence each.
