LONDON (Alliance News) - Live Co Group PLC said Friday it has received GBP640,000 of the GBP840,000 it raised via subscription in February.
Live Co said the amount outstanding is from one subscriber, but the children's event organiser expects the amount "shortly".
As not all of the subscription shares have been paid for, only 992,304 new shares will be admitted Monday. When the remaining subscriber pays, the outstanding 307,692 new shares will be admitted to AIM.
Meanwhile, Live Co confirmed the proceeds of GBP1.3 million from its simultaneous share placing were received in full. From the combined placing and subscription, Live Co raised GBP2.2 million to expand its Bricklive Zoo programme.
Bricklive is an interactive experience built around LEGO bricks.
When the total new placing and subscription shares are admitted, Live Co will have 70.4 million shares in issue.
Shares in Live Co were down 2.5% Friday at 67.25 pence each.
