LONDON (Alliance News) - LightwaveRF PLC said Tuesday that Finance Director Frank Tiller is leaving the board with immediate effect to "pursue other opportunities."
The technology company said that Tiller had been involved with the company on a part time basis since its listing on AIM in 2008, and it has now reached a stage in its development where it was agreed it was the right time for Tiller to leave.
It has measures in place to cover the role until a suitable appointment can be made, it said.
Shares in LightwaveRF are trading down 1.9% at 26.00 pence Tuesday afternoon.
