LONDON (Alliance News) - Financial adviser Lighthouse Group PLC Thursday said it has won a two-year contract to provide financial planning advice to members of benefits management specialist Parliament Hill Ltd.
Parliament Hill was established in 2004 and works with over 60 membership organisations managing members' benefits packages. Its clients include a number of major institutions and associations such as trade unions, colleges, clubs and societies.
Lighthouse also said it has also renewed its contract with Prospect, the UK professional engineers' union, for another three years.
Prospect has over 120,000 members, including engineers, scientists, managers and specialists in areas as diverse as agriculture, defence, energy, environment, heritage, shipbuilding, telecoms and transport.
The contracts were won by Lighthouse's wholly-owned subsidiary, Lighthouse Financial Advice.
"We look forward to developing a strong relationship with Parliament Hill over the coming two years and to providing expert financial advice to its members across the UK," Malcolm Streatfield, Lighthouse chief executive, said in a statement.
"The contract renewal with Prospect is a further endorsement of the high quality financial advice that LFA provides all participating members in our affinity groups. The board is pleased with the success already achieved in this space and continues to work to increase our affinity partnerships through the LFA division," he added.
Lighthouse shares were Thursday quoted at 3.55 pence, down 2.1%.
