LONDON (Alliance News) - LGO Energy PLC on Thursday confirmed it is not currently in active discussions with the owners of FRAM Exploration (Trinidad) Ltd, which holds the Trinity-Inniss incremental production services contract in Trinidad, to acquire these rights.
The company clarified that whilst formal negotiations with FRAM Exploration have "never been formally terminated", it is not currently in active discussions with the owners of FRAM Exploration.
Shares in LGO were down 3.6% at 0.270 pence Thursday afternoon.
