LONDON (Alliance News) - Security technology provider Thruvision Group PLC said Thursday that less than half of its tender offer shares have been subscribed for by shareholders.
The offer closed on Wednesday with 19.7 million excess shares tendered, representing 12% of the company's issued shares but less than half of the 47.0 million shares that were offered. Thruvision will pay a total of GBP3.3 million for the shares.
Thruvision intends to cancel its purchased shares, reducing its shares in issue to 145.5 million from 165.1 million.
Shares in Thurvision were up 1.5% at 17.50 pence on Thursday.
