LONDON (Alliance News) - Leni Gas & Oil PLC Monday said that two investors have said they will exercise warrants allowing them to subscribe for 57.5 million new shares in the company, providing the company with GBP697,379.
Dutchess Opportunity Cayman Fund Ltd has exercised its remaining rights by buying 3.2 million shares in the company at 2 pence each, while YA Global Master SPV Ltd is buying 54.3 million shares at an average price of 1.167 pence.
Leni Gas & Oil said it expects the new shares to begin trading on AIM Friday this week.
