LONDON (Alliance News) - Legendary Investments PLC on Thursday said it has raised GBP1.0 million through an oversubscribed placing to back its acquisition plans.
Legendary issued 333.3 million shares at 0.30 pence per share to institutional and private investors. Shares in the company were down 7.1% to 0.339 pence Thursday following the announcement.
The company plans to use the funds to take advantage of new investment opportunities, including in the technology sector, and to increase its stakes in existing investments.
