Legal & General Increases Vectura Stake To 3.7% From Below 3% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Vectura Group PLC said Tuesday FTSE 100-listed insurer and asset manager Legal & General Group PLC increased its stake in the pharmaceutical firm to 3.7% from below 3% in a transaction last Friday.

Legal & General held 24.8 million shares in Vectura after the transaction, equivalent to a 3.7% stake in the 663.8 million shares outstanding. Prior to the transaction, Legal & General's holding was below the 3% notifiable threshold.

Shares in Vectura were 1.1% higher at 79.55 pence on Tuesday.
