LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed Legal & General Group PLC said Thursday it appointed Henrietta Baldock as independent non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
Baldock is currently chair of the insurance company's principal operating subsidiary, Legal & General Assurance Society Ltd, she will retain her role alongside her new board position.
Legal & General also promoted Chair of the Audit Committee Lesley Knox as designated non-executive director for engagement with the company's workforce.
Meanwhile, the insurer said that Independent Non-Executive Director Carolyn Bradley decided to step down from the board at the end of the year.
