LONDON (Alliance News) - Laura Ashley Holdings PLC said Friday that its deputy chairman will not seek re-election at the company's October annual general meeting.
David Masters, who is both deputy chairman and an independent non-executive director at Laura Ashley, has made the decision "due to personal obligations". No successor has been named.
Shares in Laura Ashley closed down 1.5% at 4.36 pence on Friday.
