(Alliance News) - Broker Liberum Capital Ltd on Tuesday confirmed the largest shareholder in Codemasters Group Holdings PLC has sold off its whole stake.
Late on Monday, Liberum had said Reliance Big Entertainment Singapore Pte Ltd was to sell up to 19.9 million shares in the video games developer.
The sale was priced at 205 pence per share, and covers 14% of Codemasters's share capital. Reliance, at that price, has netted around GBP40.8 million from the sale.
Following the sale, Reliance no longer holds at Codemasters shares. Codemasters was trading 1.2% higher on Tuesday morning at 217.50p in London.
Other major shareholders in the firm include Swedbank Robur with 7.1%, Janus Henderson Investors with 5.9%, Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management with 5.6%, and Soros Fund Management with 5.5%.
Just over a month ago, Codemasters reported a 0.3% rise in interim revenue for the six months to September. Full results for the period are scheduled to be released Tuesday next week.
