Landore To Start Winter Drilling Campaign At Junior Lake

29th Jan 2015 10:35

LONDON (Alliance News) - Landore Resources Ltd on Thursday said it has started its winter exploration programme at the Junior Lake nickel-copper-PGE project in Canada.

Landore said a review of the existing data for Junior Lake has determined the zone immediately adjacent to the B4-7 deposit is more significant than had been previously thought and provides the potential to add significant tonnage to the existing resource at the site.

Landore will start a 3,000 metre diamond drill programme in mid-February on the eastern section of the B4-7 deposit to determine the scope of the main massive sulphide mineralisation at depth. It will also seek to establish continuity of the high grade palladium and platinum in the Alpha Zone, and test other highly prospective targets along the B4-7 East trend.

Shares in Landore were up 1.7% to 1.348 pence on Thursday.
