Landore Resources Kicks Off BAM Deposit Work After Fundraise

12th Jun 2019 15:01

(Alliance News) - Landore Resources Ltd on Wednesday announced the start of its drilling programme at the BAM gold deposit in Ontario, Canada.

The programme will cover 4,500 metres, infilling and extending the existing resource at the deposit which currently stands at 951,000 ounces of gold.

Landore is to also carry out exploration work between BAM and the Lamaune gold target.

BAM is located on the south-central part of the Junior Lake property, and is made up of an Archean-age mesothermal gold deposit.

The work is starting after Landore completed a GBP1 million share placing and subscription at the end of May, which was partly to help fund the drilling.

Landore shares were 4.9% lower on Wednesday at a price of 0.68 pence each.
