LONDON (Alliance News) - Land Securities Group PLC on Tuesday said it appointed Madeleine Cosgrave as new independent non-executive director with effect from January 1.
Cosgrave is currently managing director and regional head of Europe at GIC Real Estate.
Furthermore, Land Securities said that Non-Executive Director Simon Palley informed the company of his intention to retire on March 31.
Palley, who is also chairman of the remuneration committee, joined the FTSE 100-listed company's board in 2010.
He will stand down from the committee in January and will be replaced by existing member Edward Bonham Carter as chair.
Land Securities shares were trading up 0.2% at 819.80 pence each.
