LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil services company Lamprell PLC on Tuesday said its Lamprell Energy Ltd subsidiary has signed a memorandum of understanding with three partners to create a maritime complex in Saudi Arabia.
The memorandum has been signed with Saudi Aramco, the Saudi state-owned oil company, the National Shipping Co of Saudi Arabia and Hyundai Heavy Industries.
The complex will provide engineering, manufacturing and repair services for offshore oil rigs, commercial vessels and offshore service vessels, Lamprell said.
Shares in Lamprell were down 0.3% to 79.00 pence Tuesday.
