LONDON (Alliance News) - Housing maintenance contractor Lakehouse PLC on Monday said Steve Rawlings, a recently-appointed non-executive director, has appointed Andrew Harrison as his alternate director with immediate effect.
Rawlings, the founder of Lakehouse, partnered with Slater Investments Ltd earlier this year to call for the ousting of the Lakehouse board following a couple of profit warnings and after the group's share price had sunk since its float in March 2015.
Rawlings and Slater were successful in their push, and Rawlings joined the board as a non-executive director in April after the company gave into the activist demands.
Harrison is currently a non-executive director at floorcoverings manufacturer Victoria PLC and at Islandbridge Capital Ltd, an investment manager.
Shares in Lakehouse were down 0.3% to 34.02 pence.
