LONDON (Alliance News) - Mining company Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd on Wednesday said Labro Investments Ltd held a 34% stake in the company following share purchases on Friday last week and Monday this week.
Labro bought 316,186 shares at an aggregate price of 30.8 pence each on Friday last week for GBP97,366. Then, on Monday, the Labro purchased another 1.0 million shares at an aggregate price of 29.8p each on Monday for GBP298,472.
Following these transactions, Labro held 138.3 million Chaarat shares, equivalent to a 34.4% stake. Chaarat Chair Martin Andersson is an indirect beneficiary of the majority of shares in Labro.
Shares in Chaarat closed up 1.6% at 32.20 pence on Wednesday.
