(Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd on Monday said Labro Investments Ltd purchased 425,860 shares in the company for a total of GBP154,362 in a number of transactions last week.
Chaarat Chair Martin Andersson has an indirect beneficial interest in the majority of Labro's shares.
Labro paid 36.60 pence per share for 200,000 shares on Thursday last week in a deal worth GBP73,200. Then, on Friday, bought 225,860 shares an an aggregate price of 35.935 pence in an GBP81,162 deal.
Following these deals, Labro held 145.1 million shares or a 32.9% stake in Chaarat.
Shares in Chaarat closed down 5.3% at 34.00 pence in London on Monday.
