(Alliance News) - Blue Planet Investment Trust PLC said Labrador Coast Ltd exited its stake in the company to on Friday, after holding a 28% stake prior.
Following the deal, Labrador had no shares in the securities investor - having previously held a 28% stake.
Meanwhile Seabright Seattle Nominees Ltd, which previously had no stake in the firm, took up the same stake - 28% or 14.0 million shares - on the same day.
Blue Planet shareholders faced a shareholder revolt on Thursday over the motion authorising a voluntary wind up of the company, with 98% of shareholders rejecting the proposal at its annual general meeting.
Shares in Blue Planet were untraded at 36.50 pence on Friday in London at mid day.
