LONDON (Alliance News) - Kuala Innovations Ltd on Tuesday said it has raised GBP100,000 through a share placing, with the proceeds to go towards making investments in assets.
The AIM-listed investment company placed 2.0 million new shares at five pence each.
The company is looking to invest in or acquire companies with intellectual property rights which they are seeking to exploit, principally within the technology sector and the life sciences sectors.
Kuala shares were untraded early morning in London.
