LONDON (Alliance News) - Radiation detection technology company Kromek Group PLC Monday confirmed it has raised GBP9 million in a placing, and GBP2.0 million in an oversubscribed open offer.
It announced the placing and open offer in July. At that time it said it planned to raise the funds through a place of 36 million shares at 25 pence, and a further 8 million shares in the open offer at the same price.
The open offer closed last Friday and Kromek received valid acceptances for 9.7 million shares, representing a percentage take up of 121%.
Shares in the company were down 1.4% at 25.65 pence Monday afternoon.
