LONDON (Alliance News) - Radiation detection technology company Kromek Group PLC on Monday said it has appointed Peter Williams as its non-executive chairman.
Williams will take up the chairmanship following Kromek's annual general meeting, due to take place next month, and will replace Lawrence Kinet, the interim chairman since April, who will revert to his role as a non-executive director.

He is currently the chairman of the Daiwa Anglo Japanese Foundation, a charity which supports closer links between the UK and Japan.
Shares in Kromek were up 5.4% to 26.875 pence on the news.
