(Alliance News) - KRM22 PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed the current non-executive chair of FIA European Advisory Board as a non-executive director.
Steve Sparke, who was recently chief operating officer of Marex Spectron, replaces outgoing Independent Non-Executive Director Matt Reed. Sparke currently chairs FIA European Advisory Board, having held various board positions at FIA Washington and at NYSE Euronext LIFFE, now called ICE Europe.
Keith Tood, executive chair at technology and software investment firm KRM22, said: "All the team would like to thank Matt for his valuable contributions since KRM22's IPO and we wish him well for the future. We are delighted to welcome Steve to the KRM22 board. Steve brings deep industry knowledge and expertise of capital markets and will be a real asset to the company."
Shares in KRM22 were untraded at 53.50 pence in London on Tuesday afternoon.
