(Alliance News) - Kosmos Energy Ltd on Tuesday said it intends to offer USD400 million of senior notes due 2028.
The Texas, US-based oil company said it will use the net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding indebtedness under its revolving credit facility and commercial debt facilities and for general corporate purposes.
Kosmos Energy shares were trading 4.2% lower in London on Tuesday at 188.80 pence each.
