Kore Potash Shares Still Suspended Amid ASX Disclosure Concerns

24th Dec 2019 08:19

(Alliance News) - Kore Potash PLC on Tuesday noted trading in its shares remains suspended in both Johannesburg and Sydney.

On Friday, the company said trading had been halted after the Australian Securities Exchange raised questions over some of the firm's disclosures earlier in the week.

Kore Potash had been reporting on progress at the Sintoukola potash project in the Republic of Congo.

Kore Potash is currently working with the ASX to address the stock market operator's concerns. It said trading will restart at the earlier of an announcement on a resolution or January 31.

Trading on London's AIM remains unaffected. Shares were untraded on Tuesday morning, however, last quoted at 1.16 pence each.
