Kore Potash Shares Start Trading Again After Disclosure Probe

30th Dec 2019 08:05

(Alliance News) - Shares in Kore Potash PLC have begun trading again Monday following clarification over past statements, the fertiliser miner said.

Kore Potash's shares were suspended in both Johannesburg and Sydney after the ASX sought clarity over some metrics used in an announcement earlier December on progress at the Dougou extension project in the Republic of Congo.

Trading in the company's shares on the London market were unaffected, however.

Kore Potash said the matter has now been clarified with the Australian bourse, meaning shares can now resume trading. Shares were untraded on Monday in both Sydney and Johannesburg, last quoted at AUD0.018 and ZAR0.25, respectively.

In London, the shares were also untraded, last seen at 1.16 pence each.
