LONDON (Alliance News) - Indian online clothing retailer Koovs PLC said Friday it raised GBP10.5 million via ashare issue.
The company raised slightly more than the GBP10 million it planned to raise on Wednesday.
Koovs shares were trading 13% lower at 19.22p each.
As stated earlier on Wednesday, the shares were issued at 15 pence each.
Chairman Waheed Alli invested GBP1.5 million in the equity raise taking the total to GBP12 million.
