Kolar Gold Chairman Was On Board Company That Went Into Administration

LONDON (Alliance News) - Kolar Gold Ltd on Friday said two of its board members were directors of companies that either went into administration, or entered a creditors voluntary liquidation.

Kolar said Non-Executive Chairman Harvinder Hungin was a director of electronics manufacturer ATL Realisations 2015 Ltd, which went into administration on December 31, 2014. On the same day, ATL Realisations LLP, of which Hungin was also a member, went into administration.

In a separate statement, Kolar said Non-Executive Director Stephen Oke was a non-executive director of shaft sinking and underground construction company Shaft Sinkers Holdings PLC until August 22, 2014. On June 18, 2015, Shaft Sinkers entered into a creditors voluntary liquidation.

Shares in Kolar closed down 2.0% at 1.47 pence on Friday.
